I call my technique Visual Choreography because it is many steps brought together to create a dance for the eyes. The white flowers are the lyrics; the rhythm and movement is the music. I use digital tools to create my work. It begins with photography, then proceeds to photo montage, taking sections from dozens of different photos to create a graceful composition, Next is digital painting to simplify, modify color, light and shadow, and to turn lines and shapes into dance movements. No filters are used; only brushes. My printing process uses a state of the art 10 color printer with 100% pigment ink. My images are printed on canvas as limited editions of 75 pieces. All work: photography, montage, digital painting, printing, varnishing and stretching on custom made stretchers is done by me in my studio.
